The Tox Lady operates two locations: one at 918 NE 26th Ave in Fort Lauderdale and one at 800 5th Ave South in Naples. The business describes itself as a private, independent entity that is not associated with Allergan, the owner of the Botox trademark.

About

The clinic offers non-surgical injectable treatments, starting with neurotoxin work, including BOTOX®, placed around the eyes, forehead and mouth. Dermal fillers and lip fillers can address the lips, mouth corners, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, cheeks, midface, jawline, temples and the area under the eyes. Fat Dissolving Injections are used for double chin and neck fat, and Ultherapy is available as a non-surgical lift. The laser services include hair removal, unwanted body hair removal, and IPL for age spots, sun damage, freckles, birthmarks, varicose veins and rosacea. Spectrum Q-switched YAG tattoo removal is offered at 1064nm and 532nm, and Spectrum Erbium YAG skin resurfacing is also available. Peel options include a TCA peel containing 15% trichloroacetic acid and 3% glycolic acid, and The Perfect Derma Peel, a multi-acid formula. According to the salon's website, The Perfect Derma Peel is the only medical-grade chemical peel that contains glutathione.

Facials range from Diamond Glow, which uses a wand that exfoliates, extracts and infuses serum, to an ultrasonic facial using the bt-micro device, the Fire & Ice two-mask facial with little or no downtime, and the V Carbon facial, which cleanses with activated carbon. Glowtox combines microneedling with neurotoxin in a custom serum, and LED light therapy can be added to other treatments. Dermaplaning removes vellus hair and dead skin.

Consultations are free for up to 15 minutes; longer consultations carry a $75 charge due at the appointment. Hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm at both locations. Submitting the booking form does not secure a slot until the office confirms it. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice. Gift cards start at a $200 minimum. Payment plans through Cherry, Scratchpay and CareCredit can cover fillers, Botox, Xeomin, Kybella and laser treatments. The main line is (833) FL-26TOX.
