About

Tribe Med Spa operates two locations: Naples at 1201 Piper Boulevard, Unit 1, which is the flagship where the business began, and Lutz at 24420 FL-54, which serves the greater Tampa area. Joe and Laura Aldeguer founded the business. It describes its aim as a calm place where advanced aesthetic medicine is paired with unhurried care. The menu is broad, covering lasers, injectables, body sculpting, medical and aesthetic facials, stem cell hair restoration, IV nutrient infusions, brows and lashes, permanent makeup, scalp treatments, and weight loss.

Every plan begins with a consultation. The team reviews the face and skin, takes a full history, and explains what is and is not achievable for the person. Clients then receive a written plan and price. Prospective clients can request a consultation online by describing what they hope to address, and the team designs a plan from there. Online booking requires agreeing to the appointment policies first. Most appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and the consultation confirms timing for the chosen plan. Both locations are open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and are closed on Sundays.

For longer goals, the business offers the Tribe Transformation Protocol, a staged plan of treatments spread over months rather than one visit. Progress is photographed at each stage, and a maintenance schedule is offered to help keep results. The business says its before-and-after photos show its own patients rather than models or stock images. It also runs a membership program and periodic specials.

Downtime depends on the treatment. Some have none, while others bring a few days of redness or swelling. Some results are visible right away, and others develop over two to six weeks. Individual results vary. Suitability for any treatment can only be assessed at a consultation, and the website is not a substitute for medical advice.

Each plan starts with a consultation covering the face, skin and history, with a written plan and price afterward. When a goal calls for it, treatments are staged over months and progress is tracked with photos and a maintenance schedule.
