Facial menus range from a 30-minute Express Facial to a Hydrafacial, a non-invasive cleanse, exfoliate and extraction treatment, and an Innovative Skin Facial that uses products the spa describes as medical-grade. A PRP Facial combines platelet-rich plasma with either microneedling or microdermabrasion. Acne Bootcamp is a package of four facials customized to address acne, and the Bacial targets ingrown and acne-prone skin on the back.

Peels include enzyme peels made from fruit and vegetable enzymes, as well as AHA, BHA, TCA and intensive resurfacing options. The specialist selects the peel type to suit each client's skin type. A series of AHA or BHA peels is recommended, and a discount applies when a series is purchased. Body services include the Vajacial, which cleanses, extracts and smooths the bikini line and vaginal area, and the Underarm Detox for underarm skin and odor, alongside a full range of waxing services.

Booking is by appointment. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel; later cancellations incur a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward the final bill. A 10-minute grace period applies and is deducted from the service time, and no-shows are charged the full fee for scheduled services. The spa is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Treatment plans are customized over the long term, with products and peel types chosen for each client's skin type.
