Services run from adult and kids haircuts and shampoo-and-blowdry appointments through color work such as root touch-ups, gloss, highlights, full coverage and full blonding, plus fashion shades in bold and unconventional colors. Treatments include a keratin smoothing service to reduce frizz and add shine, a partial keratin option, perms and body waves, and custom hair treatments. Styling covers braids, curling or flat iron work, hair tinsel and special occasion updos. Facial waxing and eyebrow tinting are offered as well.

Several packages bundle services together, including a haircut with blowdry, a custom color package that includes a cut and blowout, and a full highlight package that includes toner when needed. Clients booking the custom color or full highlight packages receive 20% off home haircare products, which are sold through the shop section of the website. Gift cards are also available online.

Booking and payment are handled through the website. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Questions can be sent to Brenda through the contact form. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
