The menu is grouped into add-ons, brows, facials, lashes, packages, peels, skin treatments and waxing. Facials range from a 60-minute first-visit reset to a 75-minute customized advanced facial, and there are three Hydrafacial options that build on one another. Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume fills in mini and max sizes, along with lash lifts and tints.

Skin services include an in-person skin consultation for discussing concerns, a treatment plan and product recommendations, as well as glycolic and FactorFive RDS peels and microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy. Several treatments are sold as series, with the site recommending spacing between sessions. Multi-treatment packages and four-session pricing are available, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books as usual.

Practical policies: the studio charges a full cancellation fee, so clients who cannot attend are asked to let the studio know as early as possible to reschedule. Clients using retinol or AHA/BHA products are asked to stop them five days before waxing and brow wax appointments, and lash lift and tint clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes free of mascara. Product pickup is free, with items ordered ahead and collected at the studio.

Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

Treatments are planned around each client's skin and goals, with a consultation available before facials and peels. The studio's philosophy centers on effortless beauty connected to wellness.
