The menu is organized around facials, from a custom facial and dermaplane facial up to several Hydrafacial levels, along with peels and microneedling. Many treatments can be extended with add-ons such as Gua Sha, a scalp therapy with a twiceasgoodhair spray, Hydrafacial eye or lip perks, and dermaplaning. Several peels and microneedling sessions are offered in multi-session packages, and the studio recommends spacing those sessions over set intervals.

Brow and lash services include tinting, shaping, brow lamination, and lash lifts, with combined options that bundle lamination, design and tint together. Brow lamination is certified through Elleebana. Gift cards are available. Visits are booked by appointment with hours Monday through Saturday; the studio is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. The studio charges a full fee for cancellations, so clients are asked to notify it as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.

The studio builds treatments around layered add-ons and recommended series of sessions, with aftercare products included in some packages.
