The facial menu centers on PCA treatments. The PCA Sensi Peel is suited to all skin types, including sensitive skin, and is a good fit for someone having a chemical peel for the first time. The three-step PCA Oxygenating Trio Facial is described as oxygenating the skin. The Dermaplane Pro facial runs an hour, and a 30-minute Dermaplane Pro add-on can be paired with other services.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM and is closed the rest of the week. Gift cards are sold through the booking site. A credit card is needed to book, and cancellations, no-shows and reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead carry a fee of half the reserved services. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated, with the same fee. New clients booking a Brazilian or full leg wax pay a $25 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
