Threading is the core of the menu. The stylist works through a signature four-step method, then brushes and trims the brows and shows the finished shape to the client in a hand mirror. If a client is not fully happy with the shape, they can ask for adjustments. After any hair removal an astringent is applied to calm the skin and help close pores. Some redness can appear after service and typically fades within about an hour. Because the process can be sensitive, eyes may water or a client may sneeze during threading. Clients are asked to skip heavy makeup before a threading visit.

Beyond brows, the menu covers face waxing for areas such as the lip, chin, forehead, ears, neck, and full face, along with body waxing for areas including the arms, legs, back, underarms, and bikini and Brazilian lines. Lash lifts, brow lamination, and lash or brow tinting are also offered, as are facial massage, hydrofacial, dermaplane, vajacial, and earlobe piercing.
