The spa looks at each client as a whole, considering internal and external factors when addressing a skin concern. Its treatments combine routine clinical facials and peels with guidance on home care, with the aim of improving overall skin health. Facials include glycolic, microdermabrasion, custom anti-aging and deep clean options, skin brightening, calming, relaxation and oxygen facials, along with the SkinMedica Vitalize Peel, which takes about 30 minutes and can be repeated every two to four weeks. The spa notes that this peel involves some downtime. The Custom Anti-Aging Facial and Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion Facial each run about 60 minutes, and the Relaxation Facial runs 75 minutes with its focus on massage.

Hydrafacials come in Standard, Rapid and Platinum versions. The Standard Hydrafacial takes about an hour and covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, dermaplaning, LED and extractions when needed. The Platinum version adds 15 minutes and lets the client choose between lymphatic drainage and a facial machine with an oxygen dome and jelly mask. The spa describes the Hydrafacial as a patented treatment. Microneedling, offered full face or as a facial add-on, is a collagen induction therapy aimed at fine lines, texture, acne scars and pigmentation. It involves two to three days of downtime and can be adjusted to be milder. A 15-minute massage is available as an add-on.

Waxing covers lip, chin, cheek, full face, brow shaping and sculpting, and bikini and Brazilian services. Brow tint, lash tint, and combined lash and brow tint are also offered, along with a brow wax and shape with tint. Gift cards start at $25.00. Cards from Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and cash are accepted, but personal checks are not. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and cancellations within six business hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee on the card on file. A missed appointment without notice or a phone call incurs a 100% fee. Reminders are sent 48 and 24 hours ahead. Clients who reach two no-shows or late cancellations may be cut off, and an appointment may be rescheduled if a client arrives 15 minutes late. Completed services and products are not refunded, though unopened products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. Tips in cash are welcomed.
