Facials use Eminence Organic Skincare and Skinceuticals medical-grade products. Standard options include the Eminence Custom Facial (60 minutes, $164), the Skinceuticals Custom Facial (60 minutes, $184) and a Gentlemen's Facial (60 minutes, $134, with beard treatment included). The Acne Care Facial runs 75 minutes for $174 and includes manual extractions and LED light therapy. A 45-minute Express Facial is $99. Hydrafacial services range from a 30-minute Express ($204) and 60-minute Signature ($279) to a 75-minute Platinum ($334). An Oxygen Facial takes 60 minutes for $199, and the 90-minute H2O Treatment ($384) combines a Signature Hydrafacial with an Oxygen Facial. HydraFacial Keravive scalp treatments come as a half scalp (60 minutes, $299) or full scalp (90 minutes, $399), and Hydrafacial body services are also offered.

Massage covers a broad range of styles, with most offered at 55 or 85 minutes. Options include Swedish-style relaxation massage, Express Massage (30 minutes, $89), deep tissue, hot stone with heated river stones, prenatal massage that uses organic apricot oil and pregnancy cushions, traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Thai massage that blends assisted stretching, compression and mindful movement, cupping, myofascial, CBD massage, lymphatic drainage and craniosacral work. A Brightening Body Scrub with a 30-minute massage is also available. Add-ons include Vital Body CBD cream, a Nourishing Scalp Treatment and Targeted Cupping.

Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with half and full options for arms, legs and back. Lash and brow services include lash lifts, lash tints, brow laminations and brow tints, offered alone or together. Red light therapy is offered alongside the sauna.

Booking is done through the online form, which allows individual appointments, memberships, packages and gift cards. Guests are advised to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Parking is in the Hotel Ballard garage, entered from 20th Avenue; a temporary pass is collected at the spa on arrival, so arriving 10 to 15 minutes early helps. Street parking and paid lots are nearby. Rescheduling or reducing a service is not possible within 24 hours of the start time, and a late cancellation fee equal to the full service cost applies to cancellations inside that window. Clients running late should call as soon as they know. Bookings for three or more guests are arranged by email. Small children are not allowed, children 12 and older may book services, and a child receiving a massage needs a parent or guardian in the room. The spa does not bill health insurance directly, though clients can claim reimbursement from their insurer. Prices may change.
