Consultations are the entry point for new guests and bigger changes. A 30-minute new guest visit, offered in person or virtually, covers new guests, major color changes, corrective work and transformational plans. A separate 30-minute in-person extension consultation looks at goals, evaluates the hair and settles on an extension method. Extension hair is bought before the installation appointment, at that consultation. New guests need a consultation before booking corrective color.

Transformational, corrective and custom fashion color sessions are listed at four hours and $550, described as $175 per hour. Vivid Refresh is a 1.5-hour service at $225 that maintains existing fashion color and restores vibrancy, and it does not include a blowout. Signature color runs from one-hour root coverage at $120 and grey blending at $185 to a two-hour root and dimension service at $295 that includes a complimentary mask.

Blonding, extensions and cutting round out the menu. Partial highlights (2.5 hours, $300) and full highlights (4 hours, $475) are offered without a blowout. Extension removal is a 1.5-hour service at $175 for existing extension clients taking a break, covering removal, shampoo, scalp detox and a blowout. The Signature Haircut is a one-hour custom cut at $120, shaped around face shape, texture and lifestyle, and includes a blowout. The Curly Experience is a two-hour cut for curls at $200 with personalized styling and education; clients are asked to arrive with clean hair and minimal product.
