Color is one of the salon's specialties. Balayage, Foilyage and hair painting are priced from a starting point, and the final price depends on the stylist's level, hair length, thickness and the result you want, so a consultation is recommended. Color appointments need 60 minutes of processing time before any haircut or blowdry appointment.

Curly hair is a focus. The Curl Method services are customized to soft curls, defined curls and coils, and include detangling, curl styling, cut and style and kids' cuts. Prices vary by hair length, thickness and service, and first-time clients are encouraged to book a consultation. Extension services also begin with a personalized consultation, and CombLine adds fullness and density, especially at the hairline, fringe, sides and crown.

Beyond hair, the salon offers a blowdry bar with a basic blowdry and add-ons such as braids, flat ironing and curling, walk-ins welcome based on stylist availability. It also offers bridal hair and makeup, with trials, and on-site bridal services by arrangement, plus bridal party hair and makeup. Nail services include gel manicures, pedicures, UV fills, UV gel sets and custom nail art. Sulis Spa, at the same location, offers advanced skincare.

Booking can be done online, by phone or in person at the front desk, and clients may book with different stylists for another point of view. Arriving 15 minutes early is encouraged, and clients are asked to book their next visit before leaving. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the scheduled service, and a credit card is required to book. Card payments carry a 2.5% fee, gratuity is accepted in cash or by Venmo sent directly to the provider, and services are not refunded once performed. Children aged 12 and under are asked not to come along to appointments.
