New guests booking color are asked to complete a form before their appointment. First-time visitors can book the New Guest Signature Haircut, a 90-minute service that begins with an in-depth consultation and then moves into a precision cut and styling. Corrective color always starts with a consultation, where timing and pricing are set. Hair extensions and vivid colors are also priced at consultation.

The salon says its staff keep learning through in-salon or outside education programs. Appointments are booked with a credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice for haircuts and at least 48 hours' notice for color, chemical and keratin services, and late cancellations are charged the full scheduled amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation or an added charge.

Hours are Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 8:30am to 3pm. The salon is closed Sunday through Tuesday.
