The salon is in Suite 112 of the Phenix Salon Suites, reached by going upstairs from the shopping center and turning left. Guests may bring or order food during appointments, and snacks and drinks are on hand.

Appointment length depends on the service. For blonding or corrective color, new clients are asked to book a free virtual consultation, about ten minutes, to talk through hair goals, budget and timing. Guests who cannot consult ahead can share any time limits before the service starts. Silent appointments, with a short consultation at the start and minimal conversation during the service, can be booked ahead or requested on the day.

The salon carries Amika So Smooth and uses Olaplex, and clients can request retail products by message to pick up at the salon or at their next visit. The website's Rewards page lists a monthly membership library of digital courses that can be cancelled at any time. Payment is accepted by cash, debit and credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Zelle. Hours are Tuesday 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM, with Monday visits by appointment on request. The salon is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Each visit is shaped around the guest's wants and needs, with a consultation helping set the time a service requires.
