New clients book their first appointment by calling the salon, and a virtual consultation is available for them. Returning clients can book online through the salon's booking software. Cut and style prices are starting points that vary by stylist, experience, time demand, and the length and condition of the hair, so a consultation is needed to set the final price. Color prices include a blow-dry, and the haircut is an additional charge.
The color menu covers balayage, half balayage, and wet balayage, along with full and partial highlights, face frame highlights, single process color, glazes, root smudges, base bumps, and men's camo color. Hair extensions include beaded row, micro bead, tape-in, and halo methods. Every extension service requires a consultation led by an extensions-certified stylist, and extension prices do not include the cost of hair.
Treatments include Brazilian Blowout and Brazilian Blowout Express, silk press, Olaplex, Redken Acidic Bonding, and perms in partial, shoulder-length, and long hair design versions. Bridal services include hair and makeup in the salon or on location, with a timeline that begins with facials and chemical peels, moves to a hair trial, and ends with waxing and nail services the week of the wedding.
Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, warm stone, and a motherhood massage available after the first trimester, along with peppermint stone foot and leg treatments. Waxing covers brow, lip, chin, full face, and combinations. Blowout memberships come in standard, elite, and platinum tiers, each with or without extensions. The salon also sells products online and offers gift cards, rents booth space to stylists, and runs an associate stylist program for newly licensed stylists that includes education and business support.
