The studio frames beauty as something that starts from within. Its approach pairs makeup with building clients' confidence, self-acceptance and self-expression.

Makeup is offered for events, weddings and photo shoots. Brow work covers shaping and sculpting, permanent brow services and The Brow Blueprint, which can be booked through the studio's entities page.

Deposits are required for permanent brow services and for makeup services, at 25% each. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied as the cancellation fee if an appointment is missed. Once the deposit is paid, the appointment is booked and confirmed through Booksy, and the remaining balance is due after the service. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and late arrivals without communication may have appointments cancelled. According to the studio, changes made within 24 hours of an appointment carry no fee, while a 50% fee applies to same-day cancellations, no-shows and cancellations made after the grace period without communication.
