The salon brings together stylists, estheticians, a licensed massage therapist, a body sculpting artist, a lash artist, an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who provides aesthetic injectables, a permanent makeup artist for microblading, a manicurist and a barber and braider. Stylists handle cuts, all-over color, blonding, balayage, ombre, perms and extensions. Hair pricing depends on hair thickness, length and the stylist, and fashion color, corrective color and extensions begin with a consultation.

Skin services include PCA chemical peels, hydrodermabrasion facials, microneedling, NanoNeedling, dermaplaning, back facials, a Vajacial and a three-appointment intimate brightening series that comes with an at-home kit. According to the salon, NanoNeedling works best when combined with a facial or chemical peel. Massage options range from Swedish and deep tissue to lymph drainage and prenatal massage, and cupping, gua sha or hot stone can be added to any massage.

Waxing and sugaring are handled by the estheticians, covering the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. The co-owners say they researched and tested their waxing and sugaring products, and they aim for hair removal that is as comfortable and efficient as possible. Before a visit, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, ideally three to four weeks of growth, and trimming is not needed. Clients are asked to arrive clean, exfoliate the night before, hydrate well for 48 hours before, and skip Advil beforehand. Brazilian maintenance is booked four to six weeks after the first Brazilian, with no shaving in between. According to the co-owners, ingrowns and irritation are far less common when hair has grown more than three weeks.

Booking follows a clear set of policies. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule or change appointments, and reminders go out 48 hours ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling with less notice carries a charge of 25 percent of the missed services under 48 hours and 50 percent under 24 hours, and a no-show without notice is charged in full. These charges are invoiced by email and must be paid before new services can be booked. Priority booking for skin services goes through Brittany or Katie directly, and other departments have named contacts. Med spa bookings are requested through Vagaro and confirmed through the Pinch Med Spa platform, with payment by credit or debit card only and a card required to confirm. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours ahead, with late cancellation fees up to $100 and no-show fees up to $200.

The salon says ongoing education is central to its service, and stylists and technicians regularly attend classes. Treatments are planned around each client's goals, with the co-owners placing a strong focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
