The menu is split into two groups. Hair Services includes silk presses, blowouts, curl cuts, twist sets, balayage and foilayage, along with keratin, Brazilian Blowout and hair Botox treatments, relaxers and curl enhancement. Hair Extensions includes Ktip, micro-link and invisible-part and invisible weft sew-in options.

Consultations run 30 to 45 minutes and are not free. During that conversation the team looks at texture, length and goals before recommending an extension method. Every appointment requires a deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. Changes need at least 72 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations carry a 30% fee.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 3 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Treatments are meant to support hair integrity while achieving the look a client wants, and extensions are color-matched and textured to each client's own hair.
