The salon is on the basement level at 2407 18th Street NW, a short trip from the Woodley Park metro station. It says it welcomes all hair types. Paid parking is available in the Colonial Parking Garage behind the salon, with an entrance from 18th Street, and street parking is free on Sundays. Because street parking in the area is limited, the salon suggests arriving by ride share or public transit.

The salon is closed on Mondays. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Listed prices are starting prices and can rise depending on hair length or thickness and any extra services added during the visit. Hair coloring and highlights prices include a wash and styling. A complimentary color consultation is offered, and a consultation is required before any color correction. Facials must be booked by phone at least 48 hours ahead. Perms, relaxers and keratin treatments are available for children, and the salon asks families to call for details.

Salon-quality hair products are sold in person at the salon. Tubi hair wraps are sold at checkout for $10 and are made in the Dominican Republic.
