Booking is by text only at 917-615-4040, and the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. First-time color clients need a $20 in-salon consultation, which is not a hair appointment, and new color clients get a patch test and strand test at that visit. Before color, clients should not wet their hair within 48 hours and should arrive free of product. Bundles, tape-ins and wig coloring need a drop-off or a request five days ahead.

Basic styling includes shampoo and style, Cécred and TKX silk presses, an Olaplex silk press, roller sets, ponytails and updos. The luxe extension packages include hair in the listed price, and separate install and maintenance services cover tape-ins, sewn weaves, closures, frontals, clip-ins and wigs. Take-down services remove knotless, box braid, twist and Fulani styles in four sizes, excluding locs and de-matting. Texturizing covers pre-braids, relaxer and virgin texturizer work, keratin smoothing, an Olaplex curl treatment and wet bar wig prep.

Clients should arrive with extensions, braids, updos and accessories removed, and with hair detangled after recent braids. There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness, after which the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Deposits are credited toward services but are nonrefundable. Rescheduling is accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. The salon no longer works with beauty supply store quality or purchased lace and silk closures and frontals. Early bird, after-hours, house-call, wedding party and photo shoot bookings are priced separately and arranged by email. Parking is free where available, at the visitor's own risk.

The salon also accepts collaboration inquiries for photo shoots, speaking and panels, key positions, celebrity and red carpet work, and TV and film.
