The hair menu is grouped into basic hair services, coloring, cutting, extensions and treatments. Basic services include shampoo with blow and curl, silk presses, blowouts, relaxer retouches and virgin relaxers. Coloring ranges from demi-permanent color, gloss and toner to balayage, partial and full highlights, ombre, single and double process color, and color correction. Extensions include quick weaves, clip-ins, basic extensions with minimal leave-out, extension and closure, and braidless microlinks, which new clients book after completing a consultation form. Treatments include deep conditioning with scalp treatment, hydrating steam, Olaplex and keratin. TLC Haircare packages bundle a consultation with a treatment and a trim or style.

Makeup and waxing sit alongside the hair services. Makeup options include the EyeCandy service, makeup application and makeup lessons. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin. The salon also offers eyelash services, and it has four licensed cosmetologists and a certified eyelash technician on the team.

Visits are relaxed and friendly, and the salon is kid friendly. There is a snack bar, a beer and wine bar, TV and WiFi. Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be booked online at any time or by phone at (443) 388-9136. Online requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours, and a waitlist is available when a time is full. A 15% non-refundable deposit applies to all appointments, a valid credit card is required, cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged in full. The salon is a short walk from the Centre Street light rail stop and offers free street parking on Monument St. Gift cards are available, and cash, checks and major cards are accepted.
