Visits begin in the car: clients wait there until their stylist is ready and then text on arrival, since there is no waiting area and guests, children included, are asked to stay home. A caregiver may help a client in and out but may not wait inside. Clients may bring one bag. Receptionists can help match clients with a stylist, and the portfolio page shows past work. Each stylist sets prices based on experience and on hair length and density, so quoted prices are base prices that can shift with services, hair condition and time involved. Stylists give the cost before service begins.

The color menu covers single and double process color, partial, full and face-framing highlights, balayage, root shade, toner and color correction. The salon says a color correction can take at least four appointments to reach the desired result, and color correction and most chemical services start with a consultation. Most haircuts take about an hour, while color services need at least two hours. A 50% deposit may be required for longer appointments and large parties, such as keratin treatments, balayage, color correction and bridal parties.
