Color is the core of the menu, from root touch-ups and gloss to balayage or foil highlights, semi or demi color, corrective color and custom or fantasy work, with toner and refresh options. Extensions are offered as beaded row and un-seen installs, with consultations for halo and micro point options. Haircuts range from clipper cuts to short, medium, long and thick cuts, and there is a separate haircut for new guests. Hair loss solutions and custom extensions are handled through The Key Luxury Hair Collection.
Wellness services sit alongside the hair menu. A 40-minute facial uses red light and tuning fork therapy, and sound healing sessions run 45 or 75 minutes with an infrared mat. A shorter sound session can be added during color processing, and a red light add-on is available for color services.
Everything is by appointment and one-on-one, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. The salon tries to fit in last-minute requests when it can, and it welcomes both new and returning clients. Guests are asked to arrive on time, and those more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may miss part of the service. Children are only allowed in the studio when they have appointments.
