Women facing cancer can get wigs through the salon, which buys them and fits them after a consultation and measurement. Online booking lets clients pick the services they want within the time allotted, but services cannot be changed on arrival. Requesting a different look after the consultation is charged as a new service. Services carry a 15-day guarantee, and clients who call within that window can have tweaks made to reach the agreed look.

Pricing depends on stylist level, from Level 1 Junior to Level 4 Master Stylist. A women's shampoo, haircut and blow dry starts at 39 dollars at Level 1 and 69 dollars at Level 4, and balayage starts at 110 dollars at Level 1 and 175 dollars at Level 4. Extension services are priced after a consultation. The salon is non-smoking, is not child-proofed, and accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, personal checks and cash. Tips can be added to credit card charges, and gift certificates can be used for any service. Stylist applicants must hold a valid state cosmetology license and apply by email or through the online form, choosing a location.

Stylists follow current trends and techniques and offer modern takes on classic looks, starting each service with a consultation about how the hair fits the client's routine.
