The hair menu includes men's, women's and kids' haircuts, blow dries, flat irons, roller and rod sets, silk wraps, perms, relaxers and formal styling. Textured hair is a clear strength of the menu, with braids, cornrows, twist outs, finger coils and curls. Color ranges from toners and glazes to foil highlights, balayage, ombre hybrid work, corrective color and double process color, with a free consultation available first.

Lash services include strip and cluster lash options, and brows can be tinted or waxed. Makeup is available for everyday and wedding bookings, and waxing covers brows, chin and lip. Zenia Fournier also offers lash extensions and henna brows.

The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
