The hair menu covers cuts for women, men and children, including curly haircuts, clipper cuts with longer hair on top, and kids cuts for ages 10 and under. Color work ranges from root refreshes and roots-to-ends color to full, partial and accent highlights, balayage, babylights, bleach and toner work, vivid colors, and a low-maintenance blended blonde called The Lived In Blonde. Color correction is available and is billed by the hour.

Extension services include sew-in move-ups for clients who already wear sew-ins, tape-in retapes, and removal. Formal updos and styles for events such as proms, weddings and work functions are also offered, along with braids, ponytails and other styles. For frizz, the studio offers Brazilian Blowout Express, a keratin smoothing treatment, and color can be done the same day.

Color services need at least a 2.5 hour booking block. New clients booking color correction pay an $85 deposit, which goes toward the total and is refunded if the appointment is cancelled within the cancellation policy. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged 50%. After a no-show, the full cost must be paid up front to book again. Changes are made by phone or email rather than by replying to automated reminders. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, cash, Apple Pay and Gloss Genius.
