Color is a major part of the menu. Modern Blonding is a balayage-inspired service for blondes or brunettes that softens grow-out, with toning, glossing, and a blow-dry. Traditional highlights are placed by custom foil work from root to ends. Other color options include face frame refreshes, base color and grey coverage, all-over color, and gloss and toning treatments that refresh faded color without covering grey. Extension work includes hand-tied beaded rows, which are sewn flat and fitted to the head, with maintenance suggested every 5 to 8 weeks and bead move-ups between full visits. K-Tip keratin-bonded strands can be customized for volume, length, or both, and the salon says they last up to four months. Weft extensions are also offered. Styling and treatments cover precision haircuts with blow-dry, shampoo and blow-dry styles, signature blowouts, and Cezanne or Brazilian Blowout smoothing that reduces frizz without permanently straightening the hair.

Appointments are made online: new clients pick their services first, then choose a stylist after looking through the team. Afterward a representative phones to check that the chosen services fit what the client wants to achieve. Clients booking extensions must have a phone consultation beforehand and are asked to send a recent photo of their hair. Virtual consultations are offered, including on Mondays. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm, and it sees clients by appointment only. Guests should come in with hair shampooed no more than a day earlier and no styling product in it. Prices are given when booking, and the length of the appointment is set once the stylist has looked at photos. Progress photos are taken to monitor results and are kept private unless the client gives permission to share them.

Some policies to know before booking: arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and service charges may still apply. Appointments cannot be canceled through a stylist or social media, and clients are asked to give as much notice as possible. Repeated last-minute changes or missed appointments may affect future booking. Services are nonrefundable, and concerns should be raised within 72 hours so the salon can make an adjustment, though the salon still helps after that window. Unused, unopened retail products can be exchanged within 14 days. Payment is accepted by debit card, credit card, and Apple Pay, while gratuity can be paid by cash or Venmo. Children and pets, except service animals, are not permitted at appointments, and children under 12 are not allowed in the salon.
