Color is a major part of the menu. Stylists mix custom formulas with Goldwell professional color, and the salon offers balayage, partial and full foil highlights, base color, gloss and color correction. A free color consultation is included before balayage, highlights and any major color change, and color correction is quoted after a consultation. For color-safe care at home, the salon recommends Oribe products chosen by shade.

Haircuts begin with a consultation, then a wash and a precision cut, with styling tips at the end. Cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance carry no charge, cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the service cost, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service cost. Starting prices vary with stylist experience, hair length, density, timing and service complexity.
