Extension work begins with a free consultation. The Hair Extension Consultation lasts 30 minutes and includes a custom color match and a quote. Installs use remy hair matched to the client's color and length preference. Options listed include weft installation by the row, I-tip installs that run about two hours, K-tip installs, clip-in installs, and removals without reinstall. Move ups, which cost $200 for two rows, include full removal and reinstall. Two-row and three-row install packages are priced after a consultation, and a hidden beaded row is available after hair diagnosis. Extensions can also be colored.

Color services are personalized and cover highlights, lowlights, toning, and blonde and brunette transformations. Highlight and color services usually include a gloss, a shampoo, a premium head massage and a choice of finishing style. Lived In Blonde combines highlights, lowlights, wet balayage and root smudge. Brunette Transformation is for clients who were previously lightened and want to go darker. Root Touch Up covers up to two inches of regrowth and is not a bleach service. A wet balayage add-on can be added to any color service.

Haircuts include women's, men's and kids' cuts, bang trims and trims. Styling covers dry styling, wash and style, and event and wedding hair. A deep conditioning treatment is also offered. Deposits are required for many services, cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
