Laila Grigley, the owner and Creative Director, founded the salon around correction work and the habit of agreeing a price and a written plan before anything starts. Every visit begins with a free consultation of about fifteen to twenty minutes, where correction hours and sittings are estimated in writing. Clients receive a written plan before any colour is mixed, and each formula is recorded at every visit so the result can be repeated.

Colour specialties cover blonde, brunette, red and vivid colour. Blonde work includes balayage, lived-in blonde and foil highlights, and vivid looks include pastels, jewel tones, colour melts and peekaboo colour. Correction covers box dye recovery, brassy blonde, dark to blonde lifts, banded roots, green or ashy colour and extensions that have grown out. Strand testing is done before risky colour services, and where a service takes two sittings the salon books both.

Beyond colour, the salon offers cuts, blow dries, tape-in and beaded weft extensions, occasion styling and bridal planning. Prices depend on stylist level, and the price is confirmed at booking and again before any colour is mixed. According to the salon, it trains its own colourists through a paid, graded program rather than hiring finished ones.
