A visit typically begins with the stylist reviewing the service plan and estimated cost with the client before any work starts. Prices can vary with hair length, density and any extra services requested, and professional product allocation for color, lightener, toner, developer, foils and finishing products is charged separately from the base service. Appointments can be booked by phone with the guest services coordinator or through the online booking site, and the salon recommends booking hair extensions and other specialty services ahead of time.
