The salon's belief is that good hair comes from a real working relationship between stylist and client. Consultations are offered with Gregory Rodriguez or Evelyn to help choose a service, and Custom Color and Permanent Wave require one before booking, while Keratin Smoothing recommends one.

Services are grouped into color, texture, treatments and blowouts, haircuts and children's cuts. Add-ons are not booked on their own; the stylist confirms any add-on at the appointment. Color, treatment and backbar products used in the salon are all Maria Nila, which the salon says are certified vegan and cruelty-free by PETA, Leaping Bunny and The Vegan Society.
