Haircuts cover men's and women's hair of all types, including curly and textured hair. Color and highlighting use Paul Mitchell, Kérastase and Aveda products, with Goldwell as a partner brand for balayage. Balayage is a hand-painted highlighting technique, and the salon says its balayage specialists were trained through programs in California and New York. The salon also describes its balayage as the best in Houston. Hair extensions are a focus: a consultation is free, and options include tape-in, sew-in, fusion, halo, top and micro link bonds, and clip-in pieces, using Babe, Bellami and Hotheads brands. The salon says sew-in, micro link, tape-in and fusion extensions can last three to four months with home care, and that it has more than 20 years of experience with extensions.

Pricing follows a level system, so prices vary by stylist level. Hair consultations are complimentary. Color is based on a set amount of product, and extra product adds charges. Bleach retouches require a consultation appointment and a liability waiver. Refunds are not offered on services, because hair results are interpretive. Off-site styling is available on request. No children under 12 are accepted.
