Coloring is the centre of the menu, covering balayage, corrective color, fantasy color, vivid color, permanent and semi-permanent color, and foil highlighting. Haircuts and styling are offered for men and women, along with permanent waves, deep conditioning, round brush blow-outs, ironing for straight or curly looks, and eyebrow, lip and chin waxing. The salon describes its team as working together on hair problems, which it says sets it apart from most salons.

New clients booking balayage, corrective, fantasy or vivid color are asked for a free consultation and a $100 deposit to schedule. A 48-hour cancellation notice is needed for the deposit to be refunded. Pricing is organized into four tiers based on the experience and education of the staff, and it may change with hair length and thickness. Hair below shoulder length and extra color applications cost more.

A referral program gives a referred friend $10 off their first visit, and the person who referred them receives a $10-off thank-you card for a later visit.
