Haircuts range from short and standard cuts to kids cuts, curly cuts, gender-affirming cuts and long cuts. The salon has a dry salt therapy room, also called halotherapy, where pharmaceutical-grade salt is ground into fine particles by a halogenerator and dispersed into the air. The room has only a few spots per session, sessions are done fully clothed with salt lamps and LED lights, and the salon makes no medical claims for it. Guests are asked to avoid strong fragrances and to avoid smoking or vaping for at least an hour beforehand, and children are welcome. The salon describes the room as the tiniest salt room in Ohio.

Stylist prices vary by level, and the salon lists starting prices from apprentice to level 6. Online booking prices are a starting point, and a written plan and quote are provided before service. An on-site consultation costs $31 and is applied toward a future service, except for perm and retexturizing consultations; a phone consultation lasts 10 minutes and is free. Clients can pre-book their next visit at the time of service, switch to a different stylist under the Open Stylist Policy, and modify or cancel without a fee up to 72 hours ahead. Without a deposit there is no cancellation fee unless the individual stylist enforces one.
