The salon has been family-owned since 1988. It moved from Bexley to Gahanna in 1996, and in 2018 Brittany and Adam took over ownership from the original owners. Since then it has added hand-tied extensions, lash extensions and facials to its menu.

About

Each visit opens with a short consultation. Prices and appointment length depend on the stylist, and the amounts displayed are the ones you will see before you book. You can reserve online by choosing a service and either a particular stylist or whoever is free soonest, then picking a time, or you can phone the salon. Opening times run 9 AM to 8 PM from Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to 6 PM from Friday through Sunday; these may shift, and the salon operates every day of the week apart from major holidays.

The salon describes itself as a go-to option for new residents of Gahanna. For hair extensions, it offers consultations, installs and maintenance, and says the extensions are color-matched and blended into a client's own hair. Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions along with fills, and a classic full set takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Retail products from Redken, Matrix, Mizani and Pureology are available in the salon and through the online shop, where orders over $50 ship free or can be picked up in person. Gift certificates come in any amount and several designs, and can be sent by email or text, printed at the salon, or added to Apple or Google Wallet. A referral program rewards both the person who refers and the friend once the friend visits.

For stylists, the salon says its commission tiers rise as a stylist's book grows. Stylists do not sign non-compete or restrictive contracts, set their own schedules within a required number of hours, and receive paid vacation. Assistant and apprenticeship programs are offered for new stylists and students, along with continuing education in color, blonding, cutting and extensions.

Each visit starts with a short consultation so the service can be matched to the client. The salon says its team takes the time to get the work right.
