The Beauty Factorie

The Beauty Factorie started in 2016 in a downtown Orlando studio. Today most of its work happens on location: makeup is offered throughout Orlando, and the business travels to clients anywhere in the world. Travel fees apply to on-location services, and overseas travel fees are listed in the contract. All services are booked by appointment.

Event and photo shoot makeup is a core offering, with dry hair styling for events and limited wardrobe styling by appointment. The production service supplies hair, makeup and wardrobe help for event presenters and keynote speakers, priced by half-day or full-day rate, with pricing available on request.

Clients can also book a shopping session to choose makeup kits and everyday or travel products, in person or virtually. A complimentary 20-minute consultation is included, and shopping starts at $75 per hour. A makeup redo or edit is $150 for the first hour. Spray tanning uses Norvell Sunless products and starts at $100 for a single application, with on-location visits available. Clients are asked to exfoliate 24 hours ahead, skip body lotion for 12 hours and arrive without makeup, then wear dark, loose clothing and keep the skin moisturized afterward.

Bridal work includes hair and makeup trials from $175, hair or makeup for the bride alone at $200, and hair and makeup together for the bride at $375. Group and bridal party pricing is available on inquiry. Bridal bookings have no minimum, include a complimentary touch-up kit, and require a non-refundable retainer to hold the date. Travel fees depend on location, and extra-long hair carries a fee set by the artist.

The business says it aims to make every client feel like a close friend. It also states that it does not accept payment for recommending the wellness providers listed on its site, and that it has taken sanitation certification courses and follows updated cleanliness guidelines.
