Every studio visit is one-on-one and private. Each appointment opens with a warm towel prep ritual, followed by a consultation covering the client's goals, the look they want and the maintenance routine they can keep up. Lash sets are shaped around the client's eye shape, facial features and lifestyle, and the studio emphasizes lash isolation, careful application and long-term lash health. An LED light therapy add-on is also offered.
Services range from classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions to lash lifts with tint, brow shaping, brow lamination, brow waxing and tinting. Some brow options work differently: the Soft Brow Sculpt lightens select brow hairs rather than removing them, with no waxing or threading. Fills every two to three weeks are reserved for existing clients, and the studio notes that longer gaps between fills are not suitable for the work.
Bridal and group work is handled through a booking process. Bridal party lash services, destination bridal work and on-location services require an inquiry and advance approval, with custom pricing for destination and resort services. Concierge appointments at a chosen location are available by advance request, subject to availability, with a travel fee based on distance and a minimum service total.
Each lash set is customized to the client's eye shape, facial features and lifestyle, with lash isolation, safe application and long-term lash health prioritized.
