Hours run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with Wednesday starting later at 12:30 PM, and Sunday mornings until noon. The studio is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

New clients can book a free 10-minute consultation before choosing a service. Some services ask new clients for a deposit: $25 for a haircut and style, and $50 for beaded extensions. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom figure, and they are final sale.

Balayage can be applied with foils or painted by hand, depending on how light the result should be, and it is meant to give softer regrowth. Partial highlights use 20 foils for a brighter, face-framing look, placed mostly across the top and sides. The bleach retouch covers all-over root bleaching and includes a five-minute semi-permanent toner, a haircut and a blow-dry. Portfolio work includes icy balayage, braids with soft curls for weddings and blended extensions.

Each client is given a customized experience, with the aim of helping people feel relaxed and at ease with a new look.
