The salon carries only organic, vegan and vegan-friendly products. Its professional hair color line is Organic Colour Systems, a B Corp certified, cruelty-free brand, and the salon says its color is ammonia-free. Hair care products are chosen to be cruelty-free and not tested on animals. Nail services use gel polish described as 10-free, vegan and cruelty-free, and a scent-free option is available on request. Hair services include a shampoo and style. Many hair services use organic, low-tox products and hot tools.

Clients book through the online booking site or by phone or text. First-time guests book a new client appointment, which leaves extra time for a consultation. A consultation is required before big color changes, color correction, all-over blonding, perms, and for new clients with color sensitivities; clients with color sensitivities are asked to book at least 48 hours ahead for a skin patch test. Prices reflect each stylist's skill and experience, and the booking site shows ranges that vary by stylist. A $3 environmental service fee applies per person, per appointment. Cancellations made 48 hours ahead avoid a fee, cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the appointment cost, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service amount. All-over blonding requires a 50% deposit.

Environmental practices include Eco Heads showerheads, which the salon says reduce water use by 65%, and Energy Star certified lightbulbs, blow dryers and hot tools. Recycling and waste handling are done with Waste Management and Green Circle Salons, and food waste goes to R.City, a Phoenix service that turns it into soil for local farms. The salon also partners with TreeEra, which funds tree planting to help offset carbon footprints.
