Sarah is an owner, educator and stylist at Organic Hair Lab and co-founded the salon in 2016. She trained in cosmetology at Kohler Academy and completed Organic Colour Systems Educator Training. She has been an educator and mentor for Organic Color Systems since 2015.

Sarah has 20 years of experience in the salon industry. She has worked in New York on film sets, photo shoots and NY Fashion Week, and as a color specialist at a New York salon. She has also traveled to teach and to work on editorial shoots in San Francisco, NYC and London. She switched to organic and sustainable products in 2010, with a focus on hair and scalp health.

Her specialties include dimensional color, rich brunettes, vibrant reds, low-maintenance layers, and short styles such as barbered fades and soft pixies. She is known for pixies, funky short cuts, shags, long layers and out-of-the-box cuts. She offers a non-traditional alternative to the standard perm, with texture customized after consultation, and works with guests on classic or unconventional looks.
