The hair department covers cutting, color and highlights, including balayage and full and partial highlights, along with blow dries, styling, updos and bridal updos. Straightening and smoothing options such as Brazilian, Japanese and keratin treatments are offered after a consultation, and hair extensions are also arranged by consultation. Men's and children's haircuts, perms, shampoo and set, and deep conditioning round out the menu.
The nail department sits on the upper level and offers manicures, pedicures, gel, French and polish services, along with acrylic and pink and white full sets, fills, dip, dip removal, dip with tips, silk wraps and nail repair. The skin care menu runs from a 30-minute mini-facial up to 75-minute options, including an acne treatment facial, a European facial, a seaweed facial, a four-layer facial and a gentleman's facial. Microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, peels and an oxygen facial are also available. Waxing covers the face, body and legs, and brow and lash tinting are offered as well.
The salon says it offers a personalized experience for each guest and that its stylists continue to take educational classes. New staff are introduced to the product range and the salon's retail approach. Sachi Boutique is located inside the building for guests who want to shop before or after a visit, and returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit or an exchange.
