Booking is done online through a Square request page. Rachel reviews each request, and an appointment is only confirmed after she accepts it. A credit or debit card is held for no-show protection; the hold is not a deposit, and a $50 fee may apply to a no-show or to a cancellation made within 24 hours. An optional, free pre-visit form lets clients share hair notes before arriving. New color clients usually begin with a 30-minute, $20 consultation that reviews color history, goals, upkeep and a starting plan, and the fee is credited if they book. An online tool called The Hair Brief asks about a goal and weekly upkeep to suggest a starting service.

A visit opens with a conversation about the hair and the plan before any work begins. Clients who prefer it can request a quiet appointment with little small talk, keeping the focus on hair goals and check-ins as needed.

The studio offers color, cuts, extensions and bridal and event work. Balayage is hand-painted lightness placed around the haircut and face, blended softly near the roots, and blonde work covers balayage, platinum and lived-in blonde. Color correction can shift tone and blend uneven color but cannot undo existing damage, so the consultation confirms scope and expected cost. Extensions are offered by hand-tied weft, beaded weft or tape-in, with the hair priced separately at consultation. Bridal and event styling is by inquiry.

Plans are built around each client's hair history, current color and daily routine, and a larger change may be spread across more than one visit.
