Tat's Nails is a boutique nail salon with a Central Phoenix location on N Central Avenue, across from the Heard Museum and the light rail line, and a second location in Scottsdale on E McDowell Road. Tatiana, the owner and a licensed nail instructor, opened the Central Phoenix salon in March 2023. The salon describes itself as warm and caring, and the interior is stylish and inviting.

The menu covers Russian-style and traditional manicures and pedicures, along with nail art, advanced nail art, hard gel application, structured nails, nail extensions and nail extensions with dual forms. Acrylic services are not offered, and odor monomers are not used at the salon. The team works with premium-class materials made in Eastern Europe, uses disposable files, buffers and pedicure spa liners, and keeps a wide palette of polish shades.

Implements are sterilized in a dental-grade autoclave, followed by multi-step disinfection that meets Arizona State and Arizona Board of Cosmetology requirements. Air purifiers are used to collect dust in the salon. At the Scottsdale location, laser hair removal is offered on-site by an independent specialist, whom the salon describes as certified and licensed.

Appointments can be booked through the salon's self-booking option, or taken as walk-ins when availability allows. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures a booking, and the salon contacts clients 72 hours ahead to confirm or reschedule. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the deposit is applied as a no-show or late cancellation fee. Online deposits are paid by credit card at checkout, while deposits by Zelle or cash avoid the card surcharge. The salon accepts major credit cards, cash, Zelle and Apple Pay, and a surcharge applies to card payments made through its Fresha POS system.

Quality issues reported within 7 calendar days of service are fixed free of charge, but refunds are not issued on any service. A one-time initial removal fee applies to removing acrylic, gel or dipping powder that was not applied at the salon, and returning clients do not pay it. Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services, food is not allowed inside, and the restroom is for clients with scheduled appointments. The salon is not liable for damage to belongings and reserves the right to refuse service.
