Quin Salon & Spa serves women, men and children under one roof in Tempe. On the hair side, services range from precision haircuts, color and lightening to blowouts, Brazilian Blowout smoothing and Olaplex treatments. The spa side covers facials, microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, IPL photo-facials, body sculpting and laser hair removal. The salon describes itself as a high-traffic salon.

Haircuts can be booked online. Other services are booked by phone or text, and the salon confirms online requests after receiving them. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and closed Sunday and Monday.

Spa visits follow a few set patterns. A consultation is required before a chemical peel, and the peel strength is chosen based on skin type and tolerance. Laser hair removal typically takes 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, according to the spa FAQ. Microneedling is often done as a series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, and a series of vascular therapy facials is recommended for small blood vessels in the face.

Pricing is customized to hair density, texture and length for haircuts, and varies between stylists based on experience and certification. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at completion, and cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the salon's gift cards are accepted. Some services need a deposit to hold a large block of time; deposits are non-refundable but are added as credit to the client's account. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and fees apply for no-shows. The salon offers a guarantee on services within one week, where the same service is redone at no added cost if the client is not satisfied. Services are otherwise final and refunds are not given. A referral program gives the referrer $10 credit per first-time guest, and the new guest $10 off their first visit.

Robes are provided to reduce the risk of color stains on clothing. Guests are asked to keep color that could damage clothing, purses or shoes out of the salon. The salon is not responsible for stains or damage to belongings, including lost or stolen jewelry. Parents are expected to pay for excessive damage caused by their child, and the salon advises against bringing children to appointments that run several hours.
