Rituel was built from the ground up by its founder, Argie, and opened in 2018. The business says its aim is for every guest to leave feeling healthier, more beautiful and happier. It serves clients from Arcadia, Biltmore, North Central Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and the wider Valley, offers free parking on site, and is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

About

On the hair side, color is done with Redken, Wella and Schwarzkopf systems, chosen according to the hair. Single process color starts at $95, highlights start at $150, partial balayage at $215 and full balayage at $350. A color plus cut usually takes about 2.5 to 4 hours. New clients have a consultation before color or cutting, and before any lightening service. Color correction starts at $299 and is charged hourly, with extra time added as needed.

Consultations are free for all med spa services and cover concerns, facial anatomy and medical history, reviewed by a nurse practitioner; some treatments require a medical evaluation before they go ahead. Botox and Dysport use FDA-approved products. Botox is $10 per unit for new clients, with most clients using 20 to 60 units, and Dysport is $5 per unit. Botox appointments take 15 to 20 minutes. According to the business, effects appear in 3 to 5 days, full results develop at 10 to 14 days, and results last 3 to 4 months.

Other med spa offerings include chemical peels from $150 per session (light, medium and deep, with exact pricing set at consultation), microneedling at $400 to $650, PRP facials at $500 to $650 per session, IV therapy at $150 to $300, vitamin shots from $35, and a medical weight management program that starts at $200 per month. Facials run 45 to 75 minutes. The business calls its facials the top-rated in Phoenix and says it has performed more than 500 of them; these are its own claims.

Memberships include Club Rituel at $149 per month, billed monthly with no contract, and the Rituel Society tiers: Essentials at $89, Signature at $229 and Inner Circle at $549 per month. Prepaid credits are valid for 90 days. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. The business does not accept insurance but takes all major credit cards, and some IV and medical services may be HSA or FSA eligible. Hair plans are built after the stylist assesses hair history, texture and goals. Med spa care is overseen by a licensed physician and delivered by licensed nurse practitioners.
