The salon describes its services as luxury services built on knowledge, integrity and professionalism, and says its priorities are healthy hair and scalp care. Every service uses Innersense Organic Beauty products and haircolor, and the website has a shop section for clean haircare products.

Services are booked by appointment only. Listed hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9AM to 3PM and Saturday from 8AM to 3PM; the studio is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. A credit card is needed to book, and cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made with less notice, and appointments can be moved through the Vagaro app.

Prices depend on hair density, length and condition, and on any extra product or time a service needs. These are discussed at consultation. Clients with extensions or very long hair may pay extra for the additional time or product. Add-ons such as curling, hydration steaming and other treatments should be added when booking. Clients are asked to arrive with hair detangled and free of gels, hairspray and styling products, especially before color services. Only children receiving a service may be in the studio during appointments.
