Payment plans are offered through Cherry, subject to Cherry's own eligibility and approval. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or other amounts and never expire. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged the full amount. A cancellation fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Hair services are built around hair health, and when a goal needs it, the work is planned across several visits. Consultations are recommended for major changes, blonding, extensions and corrective color.
