Hours are Monday from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 9 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, though Saturday appointments can be requested by contacting the stylist directly. Cancellations should be reported as early as possible so the time can be rebooked.

Color work covers gloss and toning, root color, root-to-end color and custom blonding. Gloss and toning uses semi-permanent or demi-permanent color, and a root-to-end color is a single solid shade, with dark-to-light changes requiring a consultation first. Custom blonding runs about three hours and includes toning, brightening, conditioning and a cut and blowdry, using foil placement or a platinum root touch-up, shadow root, reverse balayage, Olaplex and K-18.

Hair services include precision cuts, blowouts, scalp massage washes, curls or straightening and conditioning treatments. Keratin Express and the longer Keratin Treatment are offered, with different wait times before washing. Hair extensions are available in keratin bond (K-tip) and tape-in styles. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with fills and removal.

Wedding and event services can be booked as hair and makeup together, hair only or makeup only. A complimentary consultation for weddings is held in person or by phone, and a hair and makeup trial is also offered.

Consultations are complimentary, held in the salon or over the phone, and cover hair goals and the options available. The stylist explains each method along with a price estimate, and aims to create a personalized look that leaves clients feeling confident, relaxed and radiant.
