Fifteen artists work together as a team here, with levels running from 3 to 13. According to the salon, an artist's level reflects their advanced education and experience, and pricing follows that level. The salon's New Talent artists are licensed cosmetologists who completed Aveda graduate training, and the salon says these artists are offered at a lower price point. The salon also states that every artist holds advanced certifications, including Nutriplenish, Pro Oil Treatment, Global Keratin, Brazilian Blowout, Be Curly Advanced and Scalp Home Care, as well as professional scalp treatments, Botanical Repair and advanced infection prevention and sanitation. Guests can book any artist on the team, and new artists are welcome to join.

A new guest receives a consultation and a price quote before the first appointment, and is offered complimentary beverages and a small charcuterie. Silent reservations are available with haircuts on request. Extension clients have a consultation before their first service, covering length and fullness, color matching, maintenance, lifestyle, method and pricing. Appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full service price.

Extensions are made from 100% human hair without synthetic silicone coatings, and hair cost is billed separately from the application price. The wig services include a complimentary consultation with the salon's Certified Alternative Hair Professional, with pricing set by the level of customization. The salon notes that many wigs may qualify for health insurance coverage and that the team can guide clients through that process. Bridal and special-event updos are also offered, along with Brazilian blowouts, spray tans and membership plans for blowouts, extension maintenance and spray tans.

The salon is team-based and uses Aveda professional color, hair care and styling products. Its formulations are guided by a stated mission of care for the world.
